Pharmacy has always been a central part of Margerit Bebawy’s life. Coming from a family of pharmacists, she developed a strong appreciation for compassionate, community-centered healthcare from an early age. Margerit pursued her pharmacy education in Egypt, the country her parents had immigrated from, where she built a solid foundation in both modern pharmaceutical science and traditional patient care practices. After completing her studies, Margerit discovered a particular passion for pharmaceutical compounding — the art and science of preparing personalized medications tailored to individual patient needs. To deepen her expertise, she undertook advanced training in compounding, equipping herself with the skills to better support complex or unique treatment plans. In October 2014, Margerit and her family became the proud owners of Caravaggio IDA Drugs. Since then, she has been dedicated to maintaining the pharmacy’s trusted reputation while enhancing its services with her own personal touch. Margerit continues to serve the Shelburne community with warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to patient well-being.
